At the entrance level, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a stylish breakfast bar. The bright living and dining area features a double and a single sofa bed (sleeping up to 3 guests) and opens directly onto a spacious terrace and private garden – perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.

A beautiful staircase with handmade iron banisters leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find Bedroom 1, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (Bathroom 1) featuring a shower and breathtaking sea views.

The second bedroom (Bedroom 2) offers two single beds and a peaceful view of the garden terrace. In the hallway, next to the stairs, there is also an additional single bed for extra comfort.

The villa’s private entrance passes through a serene garden filled with olive trees and colorful flowers, leading to a shaded pergola with a table — the perfect spot for a superb Mediterranean breakfast.
